Last weeks' episode – Remote Works' Impact On Mental Health really hit a chord with a lot of people. Today, I am soft releasing the last episode with the hopes to do the same. If you have yet to watch the series, I'd love it if you'd take the time and catch up.
The final episode in the series is The Humanity of Remote Work. Remote work goes beyond the tools, the processes, and the roles. There are real people, with lives, families, and interests outside of work. Remote work provides more transparency into our humanity, connecting us at a deeper level.
Juliana Gomez sums it up nicely:
Work is still relationships with people
I hope you enjoy this film. Please take a few minutes to watch, comment, and share/like if you really enjoy it! If not, I am always keen to feedback of any kind.
